HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE BRING - We can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests per charter. That includes adults and children. It’s the perfect setup for a fun and relaxed group outing.

DO YOU PROVIDE A CAPTAIN - Yes—all charters include a professional, licensed Captain and a Maitre’D. They’ll handle the navigation and service, so you can fully relax and enjoy your time on the water. Our Hospitality teams are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and there to make your experience smooth and memorable!

IS THERE A RESTROOM TO USE - Yes — there’s a restroom available inside the cabin for your convenience during the cruise.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING - We recommend:

  • Towels

  • Sunscreen (no spray, please)

  • Drinks and snacks

  • Sunglasses and hats

  • A playlist (if you’d like to connect via Bluetooth)

  • Light layers for cooler evenings

We’ll take care of the rest—ice, water, a first-class custom sound system, and a clean, comfortable boat are all included. (Please ask one of our Hospitality Hosts about corkage fees and details while booking.)

IS THERE ALCOHOL SERVICE, OR CAN WE BRING OUR OWN - Yes — you can bring your own spirits, wine and drinks! Corkage fees may apply. However, every cruise package does include a bottle of wine and charcuterie board gift. Ask one of our Hospitality Hosts for more information

WHAT IF THERE’S BAD WEATHER - Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, lightning, etc.), we’ll reschedule your charter or issue a full refund. Light rain or overcast skies may not cancel a cruise—we’ll always keep you informed.

Most cruises depart from a convenient dock in downtown Kelowna. If you’d like a different pickup location, just let us know when you book—custom pickups may be available upon request.
